What is QHHT?
(QHHT) is a specialized form of hypnotherapy developed by Dolores Cannon that allows individuals to access deep levels of their subconscious mind for healing and self-discovery. You will be guided through a series of visualizations to access your past lives, or current life, gain insights into current life challenges, and receive healing from your higher self. Unlike other methods of hypnosis, usually only one session is needed. You will bring with you a list of questions relating to career, relationships, life purpose, spirit guides, physical issues and so on. These questions will be answered by your higher self while you are in the trance state.
My Background
Years ago, I took on the difficult challenge
of addiction and quickly realized that traditional
treatment methods had their limits!, I dove
headfirst into my healing journey, using Gestalt
therapy to tackle deep-seated grief and trauma
with passion!
My quest for healing sparked my interest in
acupressure and polarity, and I joyfully became a
Reiki Master, and discovered how our bodies hold
onto memories of past pain.
After completing my own transformative healing
work, I dedicated myself to empowering other
women and veterans facing trauma. Through the
incredible experience of past life regression, I
learned that we all carry unhealed wounds from
our past lives. Uncovering QHHT was a-changer,
revealing my true calling and deepening my
understanding of the amazing potential within us all!
What I offer
QHHT Session
4-5 hours
$250
I offer QHHT hypnosis in the comfort of my own home on the west side of Albuquerque, one mile from the Petroglyphs. I only facilitate face-to-face sessions at this time.
The sessions include a 2-hour interview. I want to know about your physical issues, relationships, and current struggles. The more I know you the better I will be able to assist you.
The hypnosis session itself can last between 2-3 hours. Following the hypnosis session we will discuss and evaluate your experience.
Phone pre-interview is required.
Reiki Treatment
$85
A 60-minute treatment to include a short assessment. I work as a channel for Life Force, or Source energy. This powerful energy works to balance mind, body and spirit. Following the session, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated, having released what no longer serves you.
Cord Cutting and Inner Child Work
Cord cutting is a powerful practice to release unhealthy attachments and reclaim your personal. By addressing and healing your inner child, you can let go of childhood wounds that may be holding you back. “I went to Sheila because I'd been having some stomach issues. I went into a past life where I found myself among palm trees, wearing a grass skirt, living alone in a hut.
